Mixed Feelings About My Stay

I enjoyed the beautiful garden view from my room and appreciated the friendly housekeeping staff. However, dining experiences were disappointing, with rude service and ice shortage during the heat of July. For future guests, please communicate dietary needs early and be aware of service inconsistencies.

A hidden gem by the beach

Waking up to the ocean's melody each morning was pure bliss. The beach was pristine, and the staff's warmth made us feel at home immediately.

However, the dining experience left much to be desired. The food was repetitive and lacked freshness, which was disappointing considering the picturesque setting.

Had an awesome time with friends here! The outdoor pools were a blast, especially the one with caves and waterfalls. We loved the private beach too! Great for relaxation and fun in the sun. Keep in mind that some staff might not be fluent in English, which led to some misunderstandings, but overall, we managed well.

The hotel was lovely, especially thanks to its friendly staff and amazing views. However, the food could use more variety as it felt repetitive after a few days. Overall, a decent experience with clean rooms and good amenities, but some improvements in dining would make it perfect.

The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. The pool was the cleanest one I've ever swum in! The private beach was amazing for snorkeling. The spa had affordable services like back massages and body treatments. Staff were always helpful and attentive, especially at the restaurant with diverse and tasty food options.

The Sea View Room was awesome! It was spacious and super clean. The bed was really comfy, felt like I was in paradise. The view of the water from the balcony was just perfect. I loved how safe and relaxing everything felt in the room. Room service was friendly and helpful too!

great stay but minor areas for improvement

The staff truly made our stay memorable! They were eager to assist and went above and beyond, especially Mr Alaa Khairy, who was exceptional in his service. The pools were perfect for our kids and offered plenty of space. We enjoyed the lovely sea view from our deluxe suite, and the nearby coral made for fantastic snorkeling experiences.

Snorkeling here is fantastic and the pools are well-maintained. Staff at the restaurant could use better training. service was slow.

Had a fantastic family vacation at The Bayview Taba Heights Resort! The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony with a beautiful garden view. The pool was the cleanest I’ve ever swum in, and the kids loved it! The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the food was diverse and delicious every day.
